Nevada ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Nevada Secretary of State requires all Corporations and LLCs to file an Initial List Report at the end of the month following the month in which the company was formed by the state, and annually thereafter on the company’s anniversary date. The Secretary of State will send an Initial List Report to the designated Registered Agent of the company. The Secretary of State does offer online filing of the Initial List Report.

Corporation	$125.00
Initial List Report is due thirty days after the companies’ initial filing and annually on the anniversary date thereafter.
Limited Liability Company	$125.00
Initial List Report is due thirty days after the companies’ initial filing and annually on the anniversary date thereafter.

Nevada ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Initial List Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity. A late penalty of $75.00 is assessed if the Initial List Report is not filed within the designated period.
